Our History
The Philippine economy has grown in the past years and is continuously growing at the present.
This caused the birth of S & P Construction Technology & Development Co., Inc., a duly registered
Filipino Company incorporated in the year 2012.
The company specializes in infrastructure projects such as Marine Engineering, Dredging and Reclamation,
Roads and Bridges, Railways, and Airports – all of which are needed by the country to support and maintain
its growth.
Today, S & P has evolved into becoming a real estate developer of resorts and tourism facilities as it applied with the National Government 300 hectares of foreshore land in the municipality of Panglao, Bohol which we call the Grand Panglao Atolls Chain – a beach resort with hotels, golf course, and marina.Another milestone project which the company has embarked is a reclamation of 3,200 hectares of foreshore land in the municipalities of Naic and Tanza Cavite. The project creates a 14 km. of a modern international port together with container yard, warehousing and industrial park designed to attract international shipping lines and Chinese manufacturing firms.
Currently, S & P has already finished numerous projects of high quality standards. Its project management and engineering team have wide experience in building infrastructure projects locally and internationally.
S & P is a triple A accredited contractor by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB).
